DBCTechnologies was started in 2003 by Mrs Dorothy Bayigga Bartlett who wanted to provide affordable solutions to students and small businesses in Kampala.
Our initial provision was of tuition and office services. As the business has evolved we are now able to provide website creation and software development to assist our clients.
